Meet Joe

Joseph Horry III was born in a small town called Moncks Corner, SC.  His parents introduced him to various ways of making money while he was a teenager.  This inspiration was the main reason that drove him to pursue becoming a business owner.

In 2003, Joseph graduated from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. 

Upon graduating college, Joseph held various positions in the mortgage and the finance industries, overseeing processes and operations, in the last 20 years.

Joseph is a visionary and he enjoys working behind the scenes to adjudicate corporate governance, ensure compliance, and streamline day to day workflows. His knowledge is invaluable when it comes to business.

Joseph is the glue behind Horry Financial Group.
